Project Manager – Industrial Projects (KSA)

Experienced professional with 20+ years in industrial design-build projects, responsible for leading full project lifecycle, managing contracts, claims, and subcontractors.

Oversees cost control, budgeting, and procurement, and ensures compliance with technical specifications and engineering standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities with strong English communication skills. Ensures project delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality while leading multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree preferred) / PMP Certification is highly preferred.
  • 20+ years of proven experience in managing major construction projects in the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, industry standards, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
  • Experience in High-rise, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading full project lifecycle, managing contracts, claims, and subcontractors.
  • Oversees cost control, budgeting, and procurement, and ensures compliance with technical specifications and engineering standards.
  • Coordinates with clients, consultants, and authorities with strong English communication skills.
