Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Guest Welcome and Management professional. The role requires overseeing and managing guest experiences, ensuring that all visitors receive exceptional hospitality. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, coordinating guest services, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff. This role demands a customer-focused approach to create a seamless and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and address their needs professionally.
  • Must know Arabic, English and Urdu Language
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage schedules and coordinate guest services.
  • Customer service expertise to ensure a welcoming and satisfactory experience for all guests.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve guest concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in speaking and understanding multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with attention to detail and a positive demeanor.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, front desk roles, or guest relations is preferred but not mandatory.
