About the Role:

Reef Company is looking for a highly motivated
Digital Governance Specialist
to join our team and contribute to driving the company's digital transformation through effective policies, frameworks, and strong governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain digital governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the company's strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor digital risks and support mitigation plans.
  • Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Track and report the performance of digital platforms and services.
  • Support digital maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital governance, IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance principles.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as
    COBIT, ITIL, and ISO standards
    is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
