Sales Manager – Exhibitions, Conferences & Events Sector

We are seeking a professional Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the exhibitions, conferences, and events industry to lead business development activities, increase sales, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the events, exhibitions, conferences, and government/private sectors.
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Communicate with clients, build long-term relationships, and understand their needs to provide suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on government and private tenders and submit proposals on time.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing and delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and future opportunities.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the exhibitions, conferences, and events sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, especially government entities and major sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong ability in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • A strong network within the events industry is preferred.
