Since 1990, we have been a key player in the bedding industry, initially importing high-quality products like Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster. Our successful collaboration led to the establishment of a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah in 1999, allowing us to manufacture and deliver exclusive high-end products tailored for the Arab market. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing our sales strategy, managing retail operations, and ensuring that our products reach a wider audience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align retail initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in consumer goods and mattress/bedding.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
  • Proficiency in sales analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Male.
  • 30 to 40 years of age.
  • Saudi or Lebanese national.
