The company imports over 350,000 tons of various products annually, including chilled and frozen meat and poultry, dairy products, frozen fries, vegetables & fruits, olives & olive oil, and operates two meat processing plants. With a distribution network reaching over 20,000 retail outlets across Saudi Arabia and a fleet of 1,200 vehicles, Almunajem Foods serves key accounts such as wholesalers, retail outlets, airlines, hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Jeddah, with some work from home acceptable. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, monitoring market trends, and providing regular sales reports. The role requires regular collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales management experience and ability to lead a sales team
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and retail operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills to monitor sales performance and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
