Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Senior Program Director Delivery Partner and support end-to-end program delivery from procurement through design, construction, and handover
  • Manage and oversee discipline delivery directors responsible for wet utilities, dry utilities, roads and bridges, tunnels, and mobility
  • Ensure alignment of all discipline delivery activities with overall program objectives, milestones, and schedules
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong professional relationships and alignment with program goals
  • Oversee program performance and provide regular progress updates, reports, and presentations to clients and key stakeholders
  • Review cost, risk, and schedule assessments and provide strategic recommendations for claims, variations, and program adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, environment, and quality policies across all program activities
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability throughout delivery teams
  • Monitor and optimize resource deployment across all program components to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Lead program delivery planning, identifying critical paths and managing priorities to meet key milestones
  • Develop and implement effective program management procedures for office-based and site-based operations
  • Ensure adherence to contract documents and contractual obligations throughout the program lifecycle
  • Apply technical expertise to support constructability reviews and delivery feasibility
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, engineering, contracts, quality, HSE, and stakeholder management teams
Desired Candidate Profile

The Delivery Director Giga Infrastructure Program role provides senior leadership oversight for a large-scale infrastructure program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the Senior Program Director Delivery Partner, the Delivery Director is responsible for coordinating multi-discipline delivery teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of complex infrastructure works from procurement and design through construction and handover.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Master s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 25 years of relevant professional experience in large-scale infrastructure delivery
  • At least 10 years of experience working in the GCC, preferably within Saudi Arabia
  • Strong background with Tier 1 contractors or major consultancy organizations
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams across roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities, and mobility projects
  • Prior experience on airport or aviation-related infrastructure projects is an advantage
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to integrate diverse teams and functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder, and high-profile program environments
