IT Specialist

The IT Specialist will be responsible for the management andsupport of our IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting technicalissues, providing user support, and ensuring the security and efficiency of oursystems. Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.Provide technical support to staff and resolve issues promptly.Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data.Assist in the installation and configuration of new technology.Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes and systems.Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols.Excellent problem -solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
