Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven
Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships for IT Outsourcing Services and SAP services. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across various sectors. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in business development or sales, IT Consulting / Outsourcing services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries (e.g., healthcare, construction, logistics, IT etc.).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT Outsourcing / SAP services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements in line with company policies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service reviews.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team on client needs, service gaps, and market developments.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
