Senior Operations Manager

RIyadh/Jeddah

Lead all operational planning and on-the-ground execution for large scale events and destination activations. Ensure seamless coordination between government entities, suppliers, technical teams, logistics partners, and internal departments. Deliver events at the highest standard of safety, quality, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead full operational planning for major events, openings, and activations.

* Build complete event operation plans including crowd flow, traffic, parking, access control, emergency routes, and guest journey.

* Coordinate with government and municipal authorities including civil defense, police, traffic, and destination management.

* Lead logistics including manpower, transport, accommodation, equipment scheduling, and vendor coordination.

* Prepare and maintain detailed timelines, run sheets, and master plans.

* Ensure all HSE requirements are met including risk assessments, method statements, and site safety procedures.

* Manage on ground operation teams and oversee build up, rehearsals, show days, and dismantling.

* Resolve challenges quickly and maintain a calm, controlled, decision maker presence on site.

* Work closely with protocol, creative, and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years experience in large scale event operations in Saudi Arabia.

* Strong relationships with municipal and government authorities.

* Proven experience in openings, festivals, or destination operations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

* Fluent Arabic and English, third or fourth language is advantage
