Operations Supervisor

الهدف العام للوظيفة :

• ضمان سير جميع العمليات اليومية بكفاءة عالية وفقاً لمعايير الشركة، من خلال الإشراف المباشر على الأداء وتوفير الموارد اللازمة للمرؤوسين. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تحقيق الأهداف الدورية الموضوعة من الإدارة العليا، وتحسين مستويات رضا العملاء، والحفاظ على سلامة المرافق التشغيلية

المهام والمسؤولية

• قيادة وإدارة الفرق المتنوعة (المبيعات، التدريب، النظافة والصيانة، التسويق) لضمان تحقيق الأهداف الدورية، وتطبيق التوزيع الأمثل للمهام والمتطلبات وربط الموظفين ببعضهم البعض.

• تصميم وتوثيق سير العمليات الخاصة بالمبيعات (من توليد العميل إلى الإغلاق)، والإشراف على نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) ومتابعة الاشتراكات، وتطبيقات التواصل المباشر والهاتف.

• الإشراف على فريق المدربات والبرامج التدريبية المعتمدة لكل لعبة، والتأكد من تنفيذ اللوائح الخاصة بالتدريب والتعليمات لضمان جودة الأداء التدريبي للفريق بشكل يرفع من جودة الخدمة

• مراقبة وتنفيذ الإجراءات الخاصة بسلامة المرافق والسكن، والتأكد من نظافة المعدات وجاهزيتها والالتزام بالتعليمات الخاصة بالسلوكيات والكهرباء والصيانة الدورية وتقسيم الغرف وتوزيعها.

• الإشراف على فريق علاقات العملاء والتأكد من وصولهم السريع لأنظمة الحجوزات ومهارات التواصل الفعال مما يرفع من مستوى تقييم الخدمة، ومراقبة مؤشرات أداء الفريق (مثل معدل الاستجابة) وجودة التفاعل.

• إدارة جداول المناوبة لفرق العمل لضمان التغطية الدائمة في جميع أوقات التشغيل، وحل المشكلات المعقدة للعملاء (بما في ذلك الشكاوى)، وابتكار برامج إضافية لتغطية المرافق والأصول بشكل فعال.

• اعداد ورفع التقارير الدورية (أداء المبيعات، إشغال المرافق، جودة العملاء، دوران العملاء، السلامة، الصيانة) لتقديم تحليل تشغيلي وإداري دقيق للإدارة العليا للتقييم واتخاذ القرار.

• متابعة الاحتياجات الدورية من المخزون التشغيلي (أدوات، قرطاسية، صيانة، مخزون الأدوات والملابس والمتجر)، وإدارة العهدة المالية الشهرية، وتقديم المقترحات للإدارة بخصوص العروض والخصومات.

المهارات المطلوبة

• القيادة والإشراف على فرق متنوعة: القدرة على تحفيز وتقييم فرق المبيعات والتدريب والدعم.
• حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار: تحديد طبيعة المشكلات المعقدة وحلها بسرعة، والقدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم.
• التواصل الفعال وإدارة النزاعات: التعامل بلطف وفعالية مع الإدارة والعملاء لفض النزاعات.

المهارات التقنية:

• إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وبرامج الجدولة وحزمة MS Office.

المؤهل العلمي

• بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة الرياضية، أو تخصص ذي صلة بالإدارة التشغيلية.

الخبرة العملية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في دور إشرافي مباشر أو إدارة عمليات في قطاع الخدمات أو القطاع الرياضي أو البيع بالتجزئة

Overall Job Objective

To ensure all daily operations run with high efficiency according to company standards, through direct supervision of performance and providing the necessary resources to subordinates. This role aims to achieve the periodic goals set by senior management, improve customer satisfaction levels, and maintain the safety of operational facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse teams
  (Sales, Training, Cleaning and Maintenance, Marketing) to ensure periodic objectives are met, and to apply optimal distribution of tasks and requirements, and connect employees to each other.
• Design and document sales process workflows
  (from lead generation to closing), and
  supervise the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  and follow up on subscriptions, direct communication applications, and telephone.
• Supervise the team of trainers and the approved training programs
  for each game, and ensure the implementation of training regulations and instructions to guarantee the quality of the team's training performance, which elevates service quality.
• Monitor and implement procedures
  related to the
  safety of facilities and accommodation
  , ensure the cleanliness and readiness of equipment, and adhere to instructions related to behavior, electricity, periodic maintenance, and room division/allocation.
• Supervise the Customer Relations team
  and ensure their quick access to booking systems and effective communication skills, which raises the service evaluation level, and monitor the team's performance indicators (such as response rate) and interaction quality.
• Manage shift schedules
  for work teams to ensure continuous coverage during all operating hours,
  resolve complex customer issues
  (including complaints), and innovate additional programs to effectively cover facilities and assets.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports
  (sales performance, facility occupancy, customer quality, customer turnover, safety, maintenance) to provide accurate operational and administrative analysis to senior management for evaluation and decision-making.
• Follow up on periodic operational inventory needs
  (tools, stationery, maintenance, inventory of tools, clothing, and the shop),
  manage the monthly financial petty cash/custody
  , and submit proposals to management regarding offers and discounts.

Required Skills

• Leadership and Supervision of Diverse Teams:
  Ability to motivate and evaluate Sales, Training, and Support teams.

  Quickly identify the nature of complex problems and resolve them, and the ability to plan and organize.
• Effective Communication and Conflict Management:
  Dealing kindly and effectively with management and customers to resolve disputes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, scheduling software, and the MS Office Suite.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field in Operational Management.

Work Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a direct supervisory role or operations management within the service sector, sports sector, or retail.
