Job Summary

We are looking for an efficient cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The cashier will process customer transactions and provide excellent customer service. Including scanning items, handling payments (cash, credit, etc.), issuing receipts, and maintaining a positive store environment through friendly interactions and addressing customer inquiries. Also responding to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
  • Issue receipts and ensure accurate transaction records
  • Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
  • Assist with answering customer inquiries and resolving any issue
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout are
  • Assist with basic inventory management and restocking as needed
  • Food safety and personal hygiene

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivale
  • 1 year minimum previous experience as a cashier or in customer service
  • Strong work ethic and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effective
