About Our Client
Our client is a leading regional organization with a newly established Destination Management Company focused on curating travel experiences across Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the DMC reservations function
  • Develop and implement reservation strategies that optimise occupancy, revenue, and service delivery
  • Oversee all reservations processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of booking procedures
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional strategies and product packages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to ensure high service standards
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved professionally

The Successful Applicant
A successful Reservations Manager should have:

  • Prior experience managing reservations for a DMC or Tour Operator in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong supplier‑management capabilities and a diligent approach to relationship building
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, startup‑style environments and willing to "roll up the sleeves" to deliver results
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision‑making and process improvements
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, with potential to grow into a team‑lead capacity
