As a Reservations Manager, We Rely On You To

• To coordinate office activities to ensure work updates are consistently maintained and all correspondence promptly handled on the same day received.
• To ensure that all reservations are thoroughly reviewed prior to guest arrival.
• To take charge of special requests and any problems that may arise within the department on a day-to-day basis.
• To development and maintain efficient filing system of all correspondence for easy access and retrieval.
• Endeavors to achieve a "Preferred Employer" by building trust with honest communication.
• To coordinate reservation requirements and liaison with respective departments on special projects.
• Establish and maintain good relations with corporate accounts, travel agencies, airline and other booking sources.
• To constantly update staff and respective departments on room status and selling strategies.
• To constantly review room availability in relations to total room sold, opening and closing categories with a view to maximizing occupancy and revenues.
• To actively participate in the three-month forecast updated on a monthly basis, covering market segment breakdown by room nights, average rate and revenue.
• To track and establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate the forecasting process.
• Aggressively achieves productivity and cost efficiency.
• Executes, get the "ball through the hoop", gets to the results, has great sense of urgency.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Reservation Manager role.
• Preferably possesses working experience in a 5* international hotel.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Computer Skills.
• Effective Training skills.
• Willing to work on extended duty hours.
