We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to take on the following responsibilities : 

  • Design and implement unified ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and Knowledge Management.

  • Drive process harmonization and standardization across multiple business units.

  • Collaborate with ITOM and technical teams to ensure consistency, data quality, and proper integration between modules.

  • Provide end-user training and process documentation.

  • Produce both functional and technical documentation.

  • As a Senior Business Process Consultant (SBPC):

    • Act as the functional expert and primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.

    • Lead workshops, define business requirements, write user stories, and oversee functional validation.

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years in ITSM.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory

Personal Qualities:

  • Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
