Job Purpose:
To lead, manage, and oversee all phases of project development — from planning and design to construction and delivery — ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Supervise and coordinate consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
• Lead project meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor action items to ensure accountability and follow-up.
• Review and approve project drawings, technical submissions, and material submittals.
• Oversee site progress, monitor quality control, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Procurement, Legal, Marketing) for seamless project delivery.
• Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure project closeout, including handover documentation, warranty tracking, and lessons-learned reports.
