Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, accurate legal counsel on corporate matters such as structuring, governance, and compliance.
  • Conduct legal research, interpret laws and rulings, and analyze legal issues to support client cases.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including commercial agreements, partnerships, and employment terms.
  • Ensure clients meet legal and regulatory requirements and provide guidance on risk management.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, or mediation in both civil and criminal cases.
  • Draft and manage legal documents such as wills, trusts, deeds, and corporate filings, ensuring necessary approvals.
  • Offer strategic legal solutions and advice to clients facing complex legal challenges.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a licensed Corporate Lawyer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • ONLY Saudi nationality or foreign nationals with valid residency (Iqama) in Saudi Arabia.
  • Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia (active license required).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and government entities.
  • Strong experience in corporate and commercial law, including company incorporation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi laws and regulations, including MISA, Ministry of Commerce, and other relevant authorities.
