We are looking for an experienced
ERP Program Manager
to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for a leading industrial complex in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through Go-Live and stabilization, managing a comprehensive transformation across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, MRO, Project Management, and HR modules.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation from planning through Go-Live and post-Go-Live support
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and ensure system functionality meets business requirements
  • Track, analyze, and resolve issues throughout the implementation process
  • Own project budget and prepare reporting packages for the steering committee
  • Communicate project status, schedules, delays, and changes to senior management
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption across the organization
  • Coordinate with technical teams, end users, and management to ensure seamless integration

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Strong background in ERP program/project management with full lifecycle ownership
  • Experience across multiple SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, HR)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver executive-level reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with change management in complex organizational environments
  • Industrial or military sector experience is preferred (not mandatory)
