About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ERP Functional Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in ERP implementation, functional analysis, requirements gathering, and user support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP modules.
  • Conduct business process analysis and convert requirements into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
  • Provide end-user training, system demonstrations, and ongoing functional support.
  • Troubleshoot ERP functional issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Assist in process optimization and workflow improvements for client operations.
  • Prepare documentation including SRS, user guides, and training material.
  • Participate in functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar functional role.
  • Strong understanding of key business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
  • Proven experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (cloud or on-premise).
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Frappe/ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, workflow design, and documentation standards.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
