Role Description

This is a full-time Turkish Chef role based in Makkah, KSA. The Chef will handle daily kitchen operations, including planning and preparing meals, managing food quality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include designing menus, supervising kitchen staff, ordering ingredients, and ensuring dishes are prepared to specification. The candidate will actively contribute to maintaining an efficient and collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

10 years experience in Turkish cuisine.

Experience in costing and supply chain.

Proficiency in cooking techniques, food preparation, and menu planning.

Experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training.

Familiarity with food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen organization.

Creative and innovative approach to new recipes and presentations.

Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen environment.

Formal culinary education or certification is a plus.

Previous experience in international cuisine is highly desirable.
