Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 
Medical Insurance Manager
 based in 
Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
.

The Medical Insurance Manager will be responsible for 
leading the insurance department
, overseeing 
insurance claims, approvals, and medical billing operations
, and managing relationships with insurance providers.

The role includes 
supervising the insurance team
, ensuring 
accurate claim submissions
, 
timely reimbursements
, and maintaining 
strong coordination with doctors, reception, and finance departments
.

The manager will also handle communication with 
patients and corporate clients
 regarding insurance coverage, policies, and eligibility.

In addition, the position requires identifying and implementing 
process improvements
 to enhance operational efficiency and ensure 
compliance with local healthcare and insurance regulations
.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in 
    Medical Insurance Management
    , 
    Claims Processing
    , or 
    Revenue Cycle Management
    within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of 
    medical billing, coding, and insurance approval procedures
    .
  • Demonstrated 
    leadership and team management
     skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in 
    English
     (verbal and written); 
    Arabic
     proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Healthcare Administration, Business Management
    , or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a 
    Medical Insurance Manager
     or in a 
    senior insurance coordination role
     is highly preferred.
