Job Description

We are seeking a
Vendor Manager
for a leading construction company in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements, and supporting the company's strategic procurement activities. The role involves regular interaction with both local and international vendors, as well as close coordination with internal engineering, project, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
    , conducting market research and technical assessments to ensure quality, reliability, and competitiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors
    to ensure effective communication and long-term collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements
    with vendors and subcontractors, securing favorable conditions for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Solid understanding of international procurement processes and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic.
