Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Group Chief Commercial Officer for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which is a healthcare group operating multiple hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation centers across Saudi Arabia.We are looking for highly experienced Chief Commercial Officers who have a minimum of 20 years of experience in C level and corporate strategy leadership roles within large healthcare organizations.The ideal candidate would oversee sales, marketing, business development, and patient engagement, ensuring alignment with financial goals and overall strategic vision.Collaborate with other senior leaders, including the CEO and CFO, to achieve business objectives and enhance the organization's market position. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with the healthcare group's overall goals and objectives.Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expand market reach, and build strategic partnerships. Oversee sales and marketing teams, ensuring they are aligned with the overall commercial strategy.Enhance patient engagement and satisfaction to improve customer loyalty and drive business growth.Lead business development efforts, including identifying and securing new partnerships and contracts.Monitor and improve financial performance, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and profitability goals.Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, finance, and legal, to ensure a cohesive and efficient business environment. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth. Develop and lead a high-performing commercial team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Salary : SAR 100,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.Final offer lies at the discretion of the client and would be made after completion of interviews)
