BRIEF
We are seeking a talented and visionary
Senior Architect
to lead the planning, design, and execution of high-profile architectural projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions aligned with client requirements and project goals. This position operates within the Engineering Department, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence and compliance with local standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a
Senior Architect
, you will be responsible for the following duties
:
Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of high quality, creative, and technically sound architectural solutions.
Engage with clients to understand project vision, objectives, and functional requirements, and translate them into feasible design concepts.
Develop and present design proposals, including concept sketches, detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations, using advanced design software.
Review and validate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with codes and standards.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and landscape elements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
Conduct design reviews, material selection, and quality checks to maintain project design intent and standards throughout all stages.
Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), local authority regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
Support the project management team by contributing to scheduling, cost estimation, and value engineering processes.
Represent the company in client meetings, design workshops, and coordination sessions with consultants and contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized and accredited university.
Minimum
6–8 years of professional experience
in architectural design and project delivery.
Proven experience in leading architectural design for medium to large-scale projects.
Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
.
In-depth knowledge of
Saudi Building Code (SBC)
, architectural standards, and local authority approval processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
