Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect or Landscape Architect to join their team on the landmark Green Riyadh project. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and delivery of world-class landscape architecture solutions that balance visionary design with sustainability and local compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of landscape architecture plans for large-scale urban projects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, engineers, and environmental specialists
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and project requirements
  • Oversee site analysis, concept development, and detailed design phases
  • Manage client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and design reviews
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants during construction
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of design packages

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture with 15+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 12+ years of experience
  • Degree from a Western-accredited university preferred
  • Membership in a recognized chartered institution (e.g., RIBA, ASLA, AIA)
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale landscape or urban design projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Must hold a Western passport
  • Role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Package:

  • Competitive salary, negotiable up to SAR 43,000
