Job Title:

Maintenance Supervisor

Job Objective:

To oversee all maintenance operations for both heavy and light vehicles, with a strong focus on
Mercedes
and
MAN
vehicles.

Ensure maintenance work is carried out with high quality and efficiency, reduce downtime and operational costs, and enhance the performance of the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance operations for
    Mercedes
    and
    MAN
    vehicles of all types (trucks, buses, transport vehicles).
  • Plan and implement preventive and scheduled maintenance programs for the fleet.
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults and propose effective solutions.
  • Monitor technicians' performance and provide guidance to ensure high-quality work is completed on time.
  • Follow up on the availability of genuine spare parts and coordinate with the warehouse department.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, completion rates, and recurring issues analysis.
  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment within the workshop.
  • Utilize electronic diagnostic tools and advanced systems specific to
    Mercedes
    and
    MAN
    vehicles.
  • Communicate with external suppliers in case of technical issues requiring external support.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Technical diploma or degree in
    Mechanical Engineering
    or
    Automotive Engineering
    .
  • Minimum of
    10 years of experience
    in vehicle maintenance, including
    hands-on experience with Mercedes and MAN vehicles
    .
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills in managing maintenance teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and maintenance management software.
