Permit Coordinator

We're hiring for an experienced Permit Coordinator ( Site OR Officer ) to join our team:

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Work Type: On-site

Job Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit permit applications for activities such as fiber trenching, tower access, rooftop access, telecom room entry, site maintenance…etc.
  • Coordinate with municipalities, telecom operators, and industrial authorities to secure approvals.
  • Track permit status, deadlines, and renewal dates.
  • Ensure field teams do not start work without valid permits.
  • Maintain permit logs, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Follow up daily with authorities to avoid delays in project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, telecom regulations, and HSE requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors, PMs, and site engineers to align schedules with permit timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Telecom, or related field
preferred
).


• 2 - 4 years of experience in Telecom permitting within Saudi Arabia.


• Experience with municipalities and telecom operators in the Kingdom.


• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for fiber, telecom towers, and site access.
