Purpose
:

To coordinate and support all network expansion projects by managing communication, documentation, and follow-up between internal teams, landlords, consultants, and government authorities. The role ensures smooth execution of new site development, leasing, and licensing processes, while maintaining strong relationships with real estate owners and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

Network Projects Coordination

  • Support the rollout and tracking of new fuel and convenience sites across all regions.
  • Coordinate with Project, Operations, GR, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure readiness for site openings.
  • Maintain a master tracker for project milestones, permits, and construction timelines.
  • Ensure all technical drawings, lease agreements, and compliance documents are up to date.
  • Follow up with consultants and contractors for project updates and issue resolution.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management on network development status.

Real Estate Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for landlords and property owners regarding lease renewals, rental payments, and contractual matters.
  • Support negotiation and documentation of new lease agreements and amendments.
  • Coordinate with the Legal department on contract validation and renewals.
  • Manage database of real estate contracts, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
  • Assist in resolving any disputes or issues with landlords in coordination with Legal and Finance.

Compliance and Administration

  • Ensure all projects comply with municipal, environmental, and Civil Defense regulations.
  • Coordinate with Government Relations (GR) for permit submissions and approvals.
  • Support internal audits and ensure records are properly archived.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in project coordination, real estate, or network development (preferably in retail, oil & gas, or FMCG).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of Saudi real estate laws and permitting processes is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
