Customer Service specialist & Telesales ( Remotely )

The first luxury Gold Vermeil jewelry brand in the Middle East is looking for a creative individual to join its dynamic team

Roles & Responsibilities:

Professionally handle customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.

Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service experience.

Achieve sales targets through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Write engaging responses and marketing offers for customers and collaborate with the content team.

Follow up on orders and inquiries daily.

Coordinate with the team through Trello and Slack platforms.

Job Requirements:

Excellent command of the Saudi dialect (mandatory) and good English writing and speaking skills.

Previous experience in customer service or telesales (minimum 6 months).

Strong persuasion skills and ability to convert inquiries into sales.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Fast response and effective time management.

Strong content writing skills.

Familiarity with work management tools like Trello, Slack, Notion or ability to learn quickly.

Team player with strong task discipline.

Professional under work pressure.

Commitment to flexible working hours, minimum 8 hours per day.

Residency in Saudi Arabia.

Stable internet connection + laptop required.
