- Resolve problems and complaints effectively and with a positive attitude.
- Document calls and transactions in the approved system.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Adhere to service quality standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade and interact with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and customer service software.
- Tactfulness, patience, and work ethic.
