This leadership role requires someone with proven supervisory experience who can mentor junior staff while delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & TrainingSupervise and mentor reception team membersConduct training sessions on customer service standards and proceduresCreate work schedules and manage coverage requirementsEvaluate team performance and provide coachingAdvanced Front Desk OperationsOversee visitor management systems and security protocolsHandle escalated customer service issues and complaintsManage VIP and executive-level visitor experiencesCoordinate with building management on operational improvementsMeeting & Event CoordinationOversee complex conference room scheduling and event planningManage large-scale meeting setups and catering coordinationLiaise with external vendors and service providersEnsure seamless execution of corporate events and functionsAdministrative LeadershipDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)Manage reception budget and vendor relationshipsGenerate reports on visitor metrics and service performanceCoordinate with IT, facilities, and security teams on projectsQuality AssuranceMonitor service delivery standards across all reception functionsImplement process improvements and efficiency measuresConduct regular audits of reception areas and proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies and security requirementsRequirementsExperience: Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles with 2+ years in supervisory capacitySkills:Proven leadership and team management abilitiesAdvanced communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesProficiency in scheduling software and office management systemsBudget management and vendor negotiation experienceExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesCompetencies:Strategic thinking and process improvement mindsetEmotional intelligence and conflict resolution expertiseMentoring and staff development skillsExecutive-level relationship managementChange management and adaptabilityLead our reception team in delivering world-class service while driving operational excellence and team development.Location: On-site –Riyadh, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
