About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
to join a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a solid blend of
technical expertise
and
functional knowledge
to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle HCM systems and HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    end-to-end support
    for Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Absence, and Talent Management.
  • Design, develop, and implement
    technical solutions
    (reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows) aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure smooth functionality and system optimization.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and integration with other enterprise platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional issues promptly.
  • Deliver user training and maintain documentation where required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years
    of experience in
    Oracle HCM (E-Business Suite or Cloud)
    .
  • Strong
    techno-functional expertise
    with proven hands-on experience in configuration and development.
  • Solid background in
    HR, Payroll, and Self-Service
    modules.
  • Proficiency in
    PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Reports, Interfaces, and APIs
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    HR processes and workflows
    .
  • Fluent in Arabic
    (required).
  • Immediate availability
