Master-Works is seeking a seasoned
Oracle HRMS & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant
to ensure system stability, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements. The role demands strong expertise across Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules (R12 / Fusion), combining technical depth with functional insight to deliver efficient, compliant, and well-integrated HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and support Oracle HRMS & Payroll modules (R12 / Fusion)
  • Conduct requirement analysis, gap studies, and solution design using AIM methodology
  • Develop and test APIs, reports, and integration components
  • Deliver end-user training, UAT, and system documentation
  • Ensure compliance with information-security and governance policies

Requirements
*Skills & Experience*

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS / Fusion HCM implementation and support
  • Strong PL/SQL and system integration expertise
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

*Education & Certifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
  • Preferred Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist
