Your Role: What You'll DoAs a ProjectManagement Specialist, you will:· Support day -to -dayproject execution activities including planning, coordination, tracking, andreporting.· Maintain and updatedashboards, trackers, and governance documents.· Coordinate logistics,documentation, and team communications to ensure projects stay on track.· Contribute to risk andissue tracking, quality assurance tasks, and project documentation reviews.· Support thedevelopment and improvement of project templates, standards, and processes.· Provide timely updatesto senior team members and escalate concerns when needed.· Assist in preparingexecutive -ready presentations, reports, and status summaries. RequirementsWhat You Bring3–6 years of experience in project support, project coordination, orPMO roles Bachelor's degree in Business,Engineering, IT, or a related field Certifications such as IPMO -F,CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar(preferred) Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills for status reporting anddocumentation Ability to stay organized under pressure and maintain detailed, accurateproject records Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Competency RequirementsProject Support & Coordination· Experience supportingproject teams in planning, scheduling, and task tracking.· Familiarity withproject governance environments and quality assurance activities.· Strong ability tomaintain documentation and assist in risk, issue, and change managementprocesses.Tools & Reporting· Skilled in creatingand maintaining reports, dashboards, and communications tools using Excel,PowerPoint, and Word.· Experience workingwith or supporting enterprise project management tools is a plus.Communication & Detail Orientation· Excellentcommunication and presentation preparation skills.· Meticulous attentionto detail, highly organized, and reliable in meeting deadlines.· Fluent in both Arabic and English for seamless interaction across diverse teams.
