Your Role:What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you will:Lead project delivery from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives.Define project scope, schedules, and deliverables in coordination with sector stakeholders.Track performance, manage risks, and escalate issues or changes proactively.Serve as the day -to -day contact for cross -sector coordination, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely execution.Monitor and report on project KPIs, progress, and interdependencies.Support communication with sponsors, team leads, and governance bodies.Ensure adherence to project management standards and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.Requirements What YouBring6–9 years ofproject management or PMO experience, ideally across sectors Experience in a consulting environment or cross -functionalcorporate transformation setting preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or relatedfield Certifications such as IPMO -P, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent arepreferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong coordination, planning, and reporting skills with the ability to workunder pressure Full fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) CompetencyRequirementsProject Execution & OversightSolid experience delivering structured projects with defined outcomes, timelines, and reporting mechanisms.Familiarity with PMO environments, project governance, and benefit realization concepts.Ability to manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes proactively.Process & ToolsProficiency in using EPM tools or similar platforms to track project status and performance.Strong analytical and documentation skills, including reporting via Excel and PowerPoint.Communication & CollaborationStrong interpersonal and presentation skills to support stakeholder engagement and cross -team coordination.A detail -oriented mindset with a structured approach to tracking progress and problem -solving.Professional fluency in Arabic and English for effective communication across working levels.
