About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Portfolio Manager to play a pivotal role in boosting productivity and delivering exceptional customer experience. As a vital link between various teams, you will streamline contract processing workflow, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure clients receive services promptly.

This role empowers sales representatives to focus on revenue-generating activities while ensuring outstanding service experience. Key responsibilities include:
  • Closely collaborating with Commercial Contract Support (CCS), Order Management (OM), and Collection (CFR) teams for prompt implementation of commercial contracts.
  • Facilitating auto renewals, multi-year agreements, ad hoc sales for seamless service continuity.
  • Monitoring contracts set to expire within six months for timely communication with CMs and clients.
  • Maintaining accurate Salesforce reporting by overseeing the sales pipeline.
