In this role, you will lead the Organized Channel Sales in Saudi Arabia and handle the channel distribution for Motorola Smartphones and accessories.
You willreport to the General Manager Saudi Arabia, Mobile Business Group, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

These Are Your Detailed Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships between country distributors and Organized Retail channel business partners
  • Achieve channel sellout targets, including value, volume, and distribution
  • Develop and execute the business strategy and drive end-to-end ownership and accountability for the Key retail channel including complete ownership of the sales and retail process
  • Define and Review Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Motorola Business growth targets
  • Lead and manage the field sales team (Filed Sales team brand ambassador, etc.) to ensure business growth and perfect execution
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, logistics, sales operations, and marketing, to build a go-to-market strategy for product launches, define a portfolio based on local requirements, and drive global priorities

What You'll Bring/ Position Requirements

  • At least 10 years sales management experience within the technology smartphone industry, with some exposureto high volume sales and proven track record of high-tech product sales management experience in retail.
  • Fluency in Business English
  • Proven track record ofgrowing revenues, profitability, and market share in a high-volume technology related company
  • Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment.
  • Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities
