Architectural Engineer - Finishing Works Specialist

Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in finishing works for residential and commercial projects.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Complete supervision of all interior and exterior finishing works up to the handover (turnkey) stage.
  • Site management to ensure all works are executed with high quality and in accordance with the project's time schedule.
  • Close follow-up of all architectural and decorative details.
  • Preparation of Shop Drawings and reviewing all architectural drawings prior to execution.
  • Coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Preparation of monthly payment certificates (or financial statements) for subcontractors and the owner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in finishing works and site management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering office software.
  • High-level skills in organization, time management, and on-site problem-solving.
  • Preference is given to candidates currently residing in the Eastern Province (of Saudi Arabia).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼8,000.00 per month
