Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Engineer based in Riyadh. The Architectural Engineer will oversee and participate in architectural design, planning, and engineering projects. Responsibilities include managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating with civil engineering teams, and working collaboratively to deliver quality results on time. The role requires close attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to achieving project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Architectural Engineer / Implementation
  • 5 to 12 years of practical experience in general contracting, including 2 years in Saudi Arabia (building projects).
  • Proficiency in engineering software relevant to technical office work (AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Preparation of shop drawings and quantity surveying.
  • Experience in project execution, acceptance, and handover to the consultant.
  • Preparation of Technical Proposals (ITP) and Method of Work (MOS).
  • Proficiency in English and computer applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Expertise in Architecture and Civil Engineering, with strong knowledge of design and building principles
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Construction to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully
  • Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field
