Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the KSA market — especially in business setup, PRO, compliance, or related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Promote and sell business setup, PRO, compliance (Tax/VAT), and corporate services across Saudi Arabia.
- Drive lead generation through outbound activities, events, partnerships, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
- Train, mentor, and support the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and PRO teams to ensure client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor sales pipeline, performance metrics, and reporting through CRM tools.
- Develop strategies to expand market presence and unlock new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably
B2B or business setup/professional services
. - Strong understanding of KSA business setup processes and compliance requirements is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
English & Arabic
. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong network in KSA and comfort with high levels of client interaction.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
