We are seeking a
Legal Specialist
to support and enhance the company's legal operations.

The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of legal and administrative responsibilities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effective coordination with internal departments and external legal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft contracts, legal memoranda, and official correspondence to ensure clarity and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant regulations, decisions, and precedents to support legal opinions and case preparation.
  • Coordinate and follow up on ongoing disputes and legal cases with external law firms, including international offices and partners.
  • Manage legal documentation, power of attorneys, and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Review and verify invoices related to legal services, coordinate with the finance department, and ensure proper settlement.
  • Audit and verify legal documents, objections, and statements before submission.
  • Support intellectual property activities, such as registration, renewal, and protection procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication between the legal department, management, and external counsel to facilitate smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law
    or related field.
  • 1–2 years of practical legal experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of
    commercial law, contract law, and intellectual property.
