Join a top-tier, NCA-licensed cybersecurity leader delivering end-to-end security across IT/OT. We're seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to lead complex engagements, advise C-suite stakeholders, and drive measurable risk reduction across enterprise and industrial environments.

What you'll do

Advisory & Governance

  • Lead risk assessments, maturity reviews, and security strategy aligned to NCA/SAMA/ISO 27001, CIS controls, and Zero Trust.
  • Develop cyber roadmaps, policies/standards, and board-level reports (KPIs, KRIs, risk registers).
  • Guide compliance and audit readiness (NCA ECC/CRF, SAMA CSF, ISO 27001/27701).

Architecture & Engineering

  • Design secure architectures for network, cloud (AWS/Azure), and hybrid environments; segment critical assets and crown jewels.
  • Define and validate use-cases/playbooks across SIEM/SOAR/EDR/NDR; integrate data sources and detections.
  • Translate threat intel and MITRE ATT&CK into controls, detections, and protections.

OT/IoT & Critical Infrastructure

  • Assess and harden ICS/SCADA environments; recommend segmentation and passive monitoring (e.g., Nozomi, Claroty).
  • Conduct threat modeling for industrial processes and safety-critical systems.

Delivery & Leadership

  • Own engagement lifecycle: SOWs, delivery plans, quality assurance, stakeholder communications, and executive readouts.
  • Mentor consultants/analysts; perform knowledge transfer and lead workshops.
  • Coordinate incident response tabletop exercises and purple-team style validations.

What you'll bring

  • 6–10+ years in cybersecurity with client-facing consulting experience, including leading multi-workstream engagements.
  • Strong command of security frameworks/standards: NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, CSA CCM, ISO 27001/2/5, NIST CSF/800-53, CIS Controls.
  • Hands-on depth with several of: network security, identity/IGA/PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), cloud security (AWS/Azure), DLP, Zero Trust, vulnerability/risk management.
  • OT/ICS exposure (assessment, segmentation, passive discovery, asset inventory) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent executive communication—turning technical risk into business impact.
  • Bachelor's in CS/EE/IT (or equivalent experience).

Certifications (nice to have)

CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, OSCP/eJPT/GMON/GCIA/GCIH, SANS ICS (GICSP/GRID), AZ-500, AWS Security-Specialty.

Language

  • Fluent English required; Arabic a strong advantage.
