Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead our showroom team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, motivate the sales staff, maintain showroom standards, and work toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the showroom sales team
  • Drive sales and meet monthly targets
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage product displays and showroom appearance
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Track sales performance and report regularly

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of showroom or retail sales experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays
  • Any nationality
  • Applicant must be available in KSA.
