Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
  • Develop and manage data programs and initiatives that align with strategic business goals.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data from participating startups and program activities.
  • Ensure completeness, consistency, and reliability of data across multiple programs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, startup metrics, and ecosystem impact.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Airtable, Power BI, Tableau) for generating and maintaining dashboards are required.
  • Support program managers in planning and executing core activities (bootcamps, workshops, demo days, etc.).
  • Create and implement robust data governance policies to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Evaluate program performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide insights into key performance indicators.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to support business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data management practices and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, program management, or a similar role.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, program management support, or within startup/innovation ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage datasets with an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail required
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with data governance and data management frameworks is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
