About the Role:

Shefaa Aldawaa is looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team In this role, you will develop and manage influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will be responsible for identifying the right influencers, building relationships, and executing campaigns that align with our brand's vision.

Success in this role means increasing Shefaa Aldawaa's online presence through authentic influencer collaborations, maximizing campaign performance, and contributing to overall brand growth. This role is a key part of our marketing team, working closely with content, social media, and performance marketing teams to shape our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives.

Identify and build relationships with key influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across multiple platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube).

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers and agencies to ensure maximum ROI.

Manage influencer outreach, onboarding, and campaign execution, ensuring brand alignment and quality content.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, content, performance marketing) to ensure campaigns are integrated across digital channels.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to optimize influencer partnerships.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations, including disclosure requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital partnerships.

Strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry in the Middle East.

Experience in negotiating and managing influencer contracts.

Knowledge of content trends, influencer metrics, and performance tracking tools.

Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.

Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is preferred.
