TABSCO is seeking a
high-performing
Sales Executive
with solid sales experience in B2B services and a strong ability to bring new clients, close deals, and support business expansion across Saudi Arabia.
- Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused):
- Generate new B2B leads and acquire high-value clients for TABSCO's services.
- Conduct daily sales activities (calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups) to reach targeted prospects.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client needs and recommend the appropriate TABSCO solutions (company formation, HR, immigration, legal, government platforms, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and deals using CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Legal, Operations, GR) to facilitate smooth service delivery after closing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience
in B2B sales. - Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and bringing new clients.
- Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
. - Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of business services such as company formation, HR solutions, government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad), and legal support.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple deals, and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and a confident, client-focused personality.
Saudi driving license is required.
