We're seeking a qualified and experienced HR Trainer to deliver a 3-day professional training program for the Human Resources department of a leading Oil & Gas company in Saudi Arabia.
The selected trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting a high-impact program that enhances participants' HR capabilities and aligns with industry best practices.
Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver a 3-day interactive HR training program tailored to the client's needs.
Cover a range of relevant HR topics such as:
Strategic HR management
Talent acquisition and retention
Performance management
Employee relations and engagement
HR analytics and reporting
Learning and development strategies
Facilitate discussions, workshops, and case studies to ensure practical and engaging learning.
Prepare training materials, slides, handouts, and participant activities.
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience, including proven experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or HR consultant.
Demonstrated experience delivering HR programs for large organizations, preferably in the Oil & Gas or industrial sectors.
