Role Overview

TBG is hiring a 
Head of Business Development & Sales
 to lead two revenue streams:

  • B2B (80%)
    : Account-based selling of 
    large contracting packages
     to 
    developers and main contracting companies
     (with a focus on 
    core & shell
     opportunities).
  • B2C (20%)
    : Driving sales of 
    finished homes to consumers
    , working alongside a dedicated marketing team.

This role is ideal for a commercial leader with 
deep Saudi construction/real estate market experience
, strong 
Riyadh decision-maker access
, and proven ability to build and execute 
B2B rules of engagement and GTM strategies
.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B – Account-Based Sales Leadership (80%)

  • Build and execute an 
    account-based sales strategy
     targeting key developers and main contractors in Riyadh.
  • Own the 
    full sales cycle
    : lead generation → stakeholder mapping → qualification → proposal/tender → negotiation → contract close.
  • Establish and enforce 
    B2B rules of engagement
     (account ownership, tender governance, bid strategy, partner strategy, pricing/margin guardrails).
  • Lead 
    GTM strategy
     for core & shell contracting packages (segmentation, positioning, value proposition, target list, coverage model).
  • Develop and maintain senior relationships with 
    key decision-makers
     (CEOs, project directors, procurement heads, development leaders).
  • Coordinate internally with operations, commercial, estimating, and delivery teams to ensure competitive, executable offers.
  • Build/coach the sales pipeline with clear reporting, forecasting, and KPI discipline (CRM-driven).

B2C – Consumer Sales Oversight (20%)

  • Oversee the consumer sales engine for finished homes in partnership with a 
    dedicated marketing team
    .
  • Define the sales process: lead handling, conversion, customer journey, sales enablement, and closing playbooks.
  • Align product readiness, pricing, and handover experience with delivery teams to protect brand and customer satisfaction.

Leadership & Performance

  • Lead and develop a high-performance BD/Sales function across both divisions.
  • Set targets, manage forecasting, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Represent TBG commercially in strategic meetings, partnerships, and negotiations.

Required Experience & Profile

  • Extensive Saudi Arabia experience
     in 
    business development and sales
     within 
    construction, contracting, or real estate delivery
    .
  • Strong knowledge of the 
    Saudi contracting market
    , particularly 
    Riyadh
     (developers, main contractors, procurement norms, tendering).
  • Proven success closing 
    large B2B contracts
     (preferably core & shell / main contracting / major packages).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute 
    GTM strategies
     and 
    B2B rules of engagement
    .
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, commercial structuring, and strategic account planning.
  • Data-driven operator with strong forecasting discipline and CRM comfort.
  • Arabic
     is a strong advantage; 
    English
     required.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • A clear 
    target account list
     with active engagement across key decision-makers.
  • Consistent 
    qualified pipeline growth
     and predictable forecasting.
  • Multiple 
    major contract wins
     with developers/main contractors.
  • A structured B2C sales process with improved conversion and speed-to-close.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience managing/launching a consumer home sales channel (developer sales, residential sales, brokerage coordination).
  • Existing relationships across Riyadh's developer and contracting ecosystem.
