Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce creative assets for all hotel departments, including:
  • Manage the cluster artwork creation ensuring timely delivery.
  • Design brand-aligned visuals for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with IHG Brand Guidelines and maintain alignment with global and regional campaigns.
  • Manage production of printed materials — liaising with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the visual storytelling for internal events, awards, and corporate communications.
  • Keep up with design trends to ensure content remains fresh, engaging, and relevant to the Saudi and GCC markets.
  • F&B outlets: menus, tent cards, table talkers, seasonal campaigns, and social posts
  • Spa & Wellness: promotions, treatment menus, flyers, digital screens
  • Rooms & M&E: guest communications, event proposals, room collateral, signage
  • Marketing Campaigns: social media visuals, digital ads, WhatsApp flyers, EDMs, and newsletters

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with social media formats and emerging design trends.
  • Experience in motion graphics and short-form video editing is a strong plus.
