FunQuest - Riyadh's newest immersive edutainment world for kids aged 0–14 - is looking for a dynamic Venue Manager to lead our flagship location. If you're passionate about creating joyful family experiences, building high-performing teams, and running a vibrant, fast-paced venue, this role is your adventure.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you'll oversee all daily operations, ensuring FunQuest delivers safe, magical, and educational experiences every day. You'll lead a diverse team, manage sales and community partnerships, drive financial performance, and uphold our mission to 
create episodes of happy memories
 for families.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all venue operations and ensure exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain the highest safety and maintenance standards.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-energy team.
  • Maximise occupancy through community outreach, school partnerships, and coordination with the external sales team.
  • Manage P&L, labour planning, stock control, and commercial KPIs.
  • Oversee staff onboarding, training, and scheduling.
  • Work closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Sales.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in entertainment, leisure, hospitality, or family-focused environments.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Commercially savvy and confident managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Energetic, child-friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering joyful experiences.
